Making Strawberry Milk

Making Strawberry Milk

What we are going to do today, is show you how to make your own strawberry milk. Do you remember that delicious powdered strawberry milk that we used to drink as kids? The problem with it, is that is loaded with sugar and preservatives.

All it takes is three ingredients! It takes strawberries, some Almond Breeze almond milk, and a little bit of agave nectar. The agave keeps it healthy and low glycemic. If you aren't lactose intolerant, then feel free to use 2% or skim milk. I don't recommend whole milk for adults, but kids do need it for their brain development.

Let's get started! Cut the tops off your strawberries. Then add your milk and about 1/8 cup of agave. Blend it up and enjoy!
