Get Plenty of Sleep


Don’t underestimate the importance of sleep. The body uses sleep to recover from the stress of the day, to balance and to repair the body at the cellular level.

In addition, the things that you last do, say, hear, and think are integrated into your brain’s processes during sleep. So make sure that you get six to eight hours of sleep a night. And make sure that your pre-sleep thoughts are positive and nurturing.
