When The Mind Is Ready To Learn

Today I want to share with you a lesson that has been demonstrated to me over and over again, specifically about the unconscious mind.

When the mind is made up and ready to learn, and the heart is ready to receive, the path will be made.

Last year my best friend of 12 years became my partner. The funny thing is, even though we had known each other for 12 years, and he has seen me go through relationships, the birth of my child, the start of all of my businesses… I never saw him as a potential life partner.

Here's the thing, you shape yourself from previous experiences, get to know what you want, and what you need. However, sometimes you are not be ready to receive that thing you want and need at that time. So, in the meantime, the world gives you different opportunities…. To learn… to grow… to move internal obstacles out of the way, and to find yourself in various way.

However, at some point you become ready… and when you are ready, the thing just shows up.. In the case of my best friend, my heart became ready to receive the love that was there all along from someone who was able to available to give it to me. And even though we have since decided to return to best friendship, that year allowed healing, growth and deepened intimacy in ways that we could not have experienced had we not been open to it.

A lot of internal work, spiritual work, and unconscious mind work happens to put us in the path we are supposed to be. However, to recognize the path of purpose, we need to see and accept the opportunities that are right there in front of us. We can only identify what's right for us when our heart is ready to receive, and our mind is 100% convinced we are ready for it.

Sometimes on this path we get distracted by life's obstacles.

Routine…

Worries…

Fear…

Past Hurt, Anger, or Pain…

And Guilt.

Obstacles are part of everyone's life. It's the way you navigate them that makes the difference in what results you will produce.

So the question is, what are you willing to learn newly to get a different result?

And

Are you open to receiving the opportunities waiting for you to find them?
